I can't open this file, a day before I opened it, but now I can't, colleagues I need your help, it is a work file and I don't have the backup files to open them.

This is the file, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Can't open.  If you absolutely have no backups then the only thing you can do is send the model to Autodesk and ask them to restore it.  Where and how did you save the file that you have no backups anyways?

Hola, gracias por responder, la verdad es que no tengo copias, siempre las borro porque mi disco duro se llena, ¿cómo puedo enviarlo a Autodesk para restaurarlo? Agradezco su ayuda

Have you checked this?

 

C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit [your version]\CollaborationCache

 

That folder contains copies of your workshared model. It has folders and files with some weird names. One of those files is this project. Try to open it from there.

Agradezco su ayuda, pero tenía los archivos guardados en una unidad externa. Cuando formateé mi PC, ya no pude abrir uno de los archivos, aunque los otros sí. El problema parece estar específicamente con ese archivo en particular.

Tal vez usted borró algunos archivos que Revit necesita para copias de respaldo y otros archivos que los modelos de colaboración usan. Si usted borró esos archivos y si no tiene el folder que mencióne en mi mensaje anterior, veo casi imposible que pueda abrir y usar este modelo.
