help revit doesn't load fully

I am having issues with loading revit on my Alienware laptop. The screen when I load a new drawing looks like photo 1 and I have to move my cursor across the top for the buttons to appear, but everything does not show up. I can not get the bar below the buttons to come up so that I can change settings of certain buttons. When I went to check the graphics on the settings this comes up (photo 2), but when I changed the hardware setting it did not change anything, even after restarting both the program and computer.
