help needed for Detail Item line based family

Please find here my PT Anchor family Revit 2016 version

I m creating Post pensioning plans. This family works fine when I want to draw it straight.

But What I want is this to give more flexibility and have slight change in direction to crank and then go straight. 

Is it possible ?

If I understand you correctly, what you're saying is that you want several of the detail elements that are drawn in this detail family to rotate. I'd suggest using 2 families then; 1 nested into the other; one with a rotation angle parameter associated to it.
