Help, my dimension parameters are greyed out

Hello

I have inherited a model in revit, a structural model.

I am trying to see the lengths and volumes for each in a schedule, however the dimension parameters are greyed out, and when I place them in a schedule they appear blank..

How can I see them in my schedule.

I can edit the model as I like, it is detached and all I need to take is these values

Thank you

What is the element? Can you share a print screen of the schedule settings ?

check if there is assigned in a view template in the properties, set to none.

I have loaded your family in one of my files and it seems to work.

Check carefully the parameters you are including in the schedule.
It is normal that the parameters are grayed out, because you can not edit them. They are like "report" parameters.

But you must see them in the schedule.

Make a new schedule of only structural elements like the one in the image bellow.

check your Phase and Phase Filter in Schedule.

and what is Length(mm)? is this Built-in Parameter , this is Revit Parameter or custom parameter?

and MultipleCategories, what is this too?why you are not using Structural column schedule.

Use a Structural Column Schedule - not Multiple Categories.
