Having text and image issue when printing with BluebeamPSDriver from Revit

Hi all,

My Revit is using Bluebeam PSDriver for plotting the project plan to PDF.

Here I have the text font and orientation issue when exporting.

Besides, the logo image does not appear correctly as well.

Can someone please help?

What do I need to change in my setting or what?

Thank You for putting this post together...It's been VERY helpful and it worked! My issue was with PDF Architect and another 3rd Party PDF software. Overnight, my inability to correctly print has been driving me crazy and affecting my ability to print/ update projects which were due last week.

The download link did not work, however the correct Cumulative Update (KB5001649) was spot on!

I went to the following Microsoft Windows page, downloaded the correct Update for my system, and manually updated my computer. As soon as it restarted, it fixed the problem and I can now print correctly!

So appreciative and have tried multiple solutions; to no avail.

To anyone who have run into this issue, it works. This should also be posted as a solution from Autodesk; on their webpage, other blogs, etc. I'm certain that are MANY others who are scratching their heads as well and losing their minds.
