Hatch Pattern Madness

Guys for the life of me I cannot explain this. I have a spacing of 4 ' - 5 1/2" in there and it spits out 4' - 2 5/16".

I even made a pattern file myself that has 53.5 for the offset.

0,0,0,0,51
90,0,0,0,53.5,51,0

And it STILL spits out 4' - 2 5/16". I'm going mad trying to figure it out.

Nevermind, that wall is at an angle and I was looking at an elevation set to a plane a few degrees off.
