Should I go each level view to copy annotations?

Are you trying to make copies at each level? You can copy each group, and paste aligned to level.

Are you talking about attaching detail groups to model groups?

A group can include both when you initially create the group, but the detail group will be separate from the model group, giving you the flexibility to attach and detach the detail group from the model group.

No, I just want to group everything and paste to another file.

Oh, to another file. Sorry for the misunderstanding. Have you tried just cutting and pasting to new project?

If they are families - here's what you can do -

1) Make sure the source and destination projects are open

2) In the source project - select the annotation>>Edit Family

3) When the family is open, click Load into Project, and select the destination project.

However this will not place the families into the desired locations - you will need to do that yourself.

The simplest way out - select the annotations, Group (or not), CTRL-C, go into the destination file and CTRL-V. That's it.
