Grid Lines Not Showing-up on 1 floor level

Hi,

I have a problem on grid lines not showing-up on the 7th floor but it's showing-up on the rest of the floors. I've looked at my workset, the grid lines are visible, it's also visible on the visibility graphics, checked my elevations - the grid lines are all above my building. I tried all the suggested ways on this topic as well: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

But it did not work. I even added and tried adjusting the scope box and section box but no luck.

Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Thanks,

Malou

There's no filter applied to it. I used a view template that I used on the other plans and I don't have any problems on the other plans except the 7th floor. I also created another plan but the grid lines are also not showing-up. Thanks.

Interesting, I will probably create another grid in that plan, if it doesn’t shown, it’s the VG setting, if it shows, then it’s the extent.

I guess it’s more extent issue since the create new didn’t work... Can Grids be maximize 3D extent like levels?  Not sure, I’m on phone...

maybe you can delete your entire model except the plans and grids, purge, zip and upload here.

You can try this go to the view you able to see the grids > create a new view template of that view > then go for the views you cannot see the grids > apply the view templates you just created > if you able now to see the grids > set your view template to none > and apply now your standard view template that you are using to the rest of the views and see if helps. Thanks

Does the grid line show up on levels higher than level 7?

If not I suspect your 3D extents are not traveling past level 7 and you'll need to increase the 3D extents.

If it is showing up on levels higher and this is the only grid not showing then check if there is a filter or the grid has been hidden in the view.

Good Luck hope this helps

You were right Laura. The problem is the 3D extents. Now the grid lines are showing-up on the 7th floor. Thank you all for your help!
