Grey strips on rendering

I would like to know how to fix these grey strips in between brick.

See attached. no matter how i reconfigure the pattern of the brick. i still these grey strips..

It's coming from a Material Appearance Tab Setting. Maybe a Bump or Cutout Procedural Map, like Checker. What about just using a different Asset?   

Post a screenshot of the Material's Appearance Tab showing all settings.

thanks. I found a way to work around it.

it appears that i need to set the grout color in the map image via photoshop.

Aa a png file, revit seem like it cannot pick up transparent color.
