Green Building studio stopped working

I was running an energy analyse, all was going good till i realise that the analyse stopped at 96% i waited a few minutes (it was a basic analyse nothing to big i guess) so i tried to deleted it but i couldnt because the process never stopped, now i cant do energy analyses anymore, it takes all the ram from my

pc

I have revit 2016 installed and that afternoon i installed the inisght 360 plug in

It would be great if you help me im trying to do this for my thesis
