Lines are not rendereds so you don;t have to worry.

If you still want to hide them then go to VG of a view and turn their visiblity off.

Revit add-ins: CAD Purger (delete UNUSED and selected line patterns & line styles, find and delete CAD), Rooms To Spaces, Schedule Utilities (Calculated Values/Combined Parameters To Tags, reuse view filter rules in schedule filters), View Filter Manager at Revit Apps Store

In the future, you might want to create temporary construction lines using reference lines instead of model lines. But for now, select them all and then click the Modify | Lines > Edit > Convert Lines tool on the ribbon. The will now be reference lines instead of model lines, and will not print or render by default.

Convert Lines tool converts Model lines to DETAIL lines and vice-versa.

Reference lines are different than detail lines.
