Graphica Cards - Lagging & overloading

Kai Ora all,

We have a new revit workhorse with this graphics card:

VGAGBV22190 Gigabyte Geforce RTX 2080 SUPER WindForce 8G GDD46,

GPU Upto 1830MHz, 3X Fan, 2 Slots, HDMI+3XDP, 8Pin+6Pin, Max 4 Display

(MPN:GV-N208SWF30C-8GD)

Unfortunately, the graphics card GPU regularly overloads (100% in task manager) & crashes revit 2020 repeatedly.

Out IT guru has tried to tweak the card settings but to no avail & are hoping someone at there could shed some light on the problem.

Any suggestions/guidance is appreciated.

have you try to switch off your use hardware acceleration from options and see if helps. thanks

Try updating the drivers for your graphics card and motherboard. I know they're brand new for you but have been on the market for a while.
