Hi
I bought a template and have been adjusting it a bit. But now I have this problem with the graphics.
I set the view template to none and precision to fine. The dark walls are walls I've drawn before. When I draw a new wall its the lighter grey one with the composition of the same wall, which id like to have right now as graphics. Its just confusing me as to why the previous walls don't look the same.
Ive looked into the visibility graphics didn't see any overrides there.
How do I get the same graphics?
Set View Phase Filter to Show Complete. That work?
Set View Detail Level to Medium or Fine? That work? If so, the Wall Type is using a Coarse Scale Fill Pattern. Look under the Wall's Type Properties.
It dit work indeed.
I think i see part problem. The other walls are drawn as 'existing' and the new wall I drew on 'new'.
If I want the existing walls to also show the lines of the composition, how do I change that?
I want both the existing and new walls to show the composition lines.
The existing walls should be one grey hatch with the composition lines and the new walls should have more detailed hatches as well as their composition lines.
Set Detail Level to Medium or Fine, set View Phase Filter to Show Complete, and set View Range Cut Plane to a height that will intersect/cut through BOTH walls.
If that doesn't do it, post your file here and I'll look at it.
Do all of the below:
- Set the phase to Show Complete
- Set the view to Medium or Fine
- Create a view filter name Existing Walls > filter by Phase Created = Existing > add the filter to view and override Cut Pattern background pattern to Solid, color to Grey
