Hi,
I have a strange graphic behaviour with a linked dwg: not only the geometry is deformed as shown (the jagged ad out-of square shapes, the texts moved to the left…)
here's the original dwg:
I checked the distance from the internal origin and it's less than 16 km.
Revit 2023, NVIDIA quadro T1000 that "meets hardware requirements".
Any advice? thank you.

As a quick check can you select all relevant information in the CAD file and use -wblock (to make new dwg file)
and try linking/inserting the new file in again.
Does the error still occur?
as you correctly state this usually happens when the CAD file is very far away but I have known it to be linked to incorrect units!
Thank you for answering.
I ran a test with wblock with no luck, the units were already correct. The distance from the origin is less than 5 km
Thank you
I opened the Cad File > Exploded all items and inserted into Revit without Issue, Hatches can be a pain in Revit from AutoCAD as they have their own coordinate System. you could probably just get away with exploding the Wall Boundary Hatch Block?
The hatches and the line block is really far away from the origin when I edit the block. This will cause the hatch to behave weirdly. You can try exploding them or move the to the closer origin point using this plugin

That is correct. Block has it's own origin point. If they look fine in the drawing but the origin point is far away, this will cause the Revit to display weird graphic.
I never bring hatches into Revit as stated they can have their own coordinate system and cause such problems as this!
i delete all hatches when preparing a model for Revit along with a Purge and Audit.
