Not sure how to interpret what you say about "Both ranked over 300..."   What is what that means?   What is what "Rank" in this content means exactly?

And putting it simply, according to You (or any person who wants to advise), is the Intel Iris Xe to be OK to work with Revit?

I mean that are more than 300 graphic cards that are better than those.

I'm not a hardware expert, but if you are going to work with big models, I would look for a better one probably.

Have you checked that your GPU/Computer meets the minimum system requirements?

Will Revit run? Probably. Though, the GPU's stated above don't meet the minimum system requirements for Advanced Graphics.

You may struggle with large models, and viewing in 3D with shaddows and realistic settings turned on.  Check through the minimum specs required for Revit listed here: System requirements for Revit 2023 products | Revit 2023 | Autodesk Knowledge Network

GeForce MX 450 is slightly better than Intel Iris Xe, but it doesn't mean much because both are below mediocre level when working with Revit.  Try something along RTX 3060 mobile or at the minimum GTX 1660 mobile.

What is what the OLED display types are?

How are these new OLED display types for Revit and AutoCAD?

OLED is organic LED.  The type of monitor doesn't matter much for Revit per se, but for you own comfort using it for a long period of time.  I would get a minimum 34" Ultrawide, if you go bigger then go with a curved monitor, if you do graphic arts then go with one with wider color gamut, if you also play PC games then get one with higher refresh rate (144 MHz).

The graphics types of integrated vs. dedicated, are the "integrated" OK for Revit and AutoCAD?

Most computers and laptops today are integrated, so that is why I ask.

In general, integrated are for space saving, budget laptop and dedicated are for performance laptop because they need more room and proper cooling.

Video card is integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics.   The laptop is not cheap, but it is not of the expensive ones neither, so that is the reason for the query.  Just want to see some opinions if this integrated graphic card might work with Revit, does not have to be perfect, just workable and if it will be OK.

Also, related question, again comparing with the performance for Revit, what difference will it make, in this context, the two screen resolutions stated below:

1920 x 1080 (Full HD)

3840 x 2400

Is the 3840 x 2400 better?

I would never buy a laptop with an integrated Intel Iris XE to work with Revit.  There I said it.

And monitor resolutions are directly related to clarity, NOT performance.  In fact, the higher the resolution the heavier the load the graphic card has to carry, which in turn affects the performance negatively.  The silver lining though, is that with a 4K screen you see things being regenerated by the Intel Iris Xe slowness, more clearly.
