Glass Walls!

So I've been working on my senior year final project. I'm stuck, I put glass walls in and then am unable t oput doors in the wall. I don't know how to fix this. I've been working on this problem for about a week now and am working around it. But I would love to finish this element for the final project. Thanks for any advice and imput!
