Glass is displaying as solid black in elevations with hidden lines setting

Glass is displaying as solid black in elevations with hidden lines setting. How do I get rid of this? Can not find the issue in the way anything is set, no filters, etc.

Edit the material and change Surface pattern to None instead of Solid with black color.

it is not set to have a black fill

Did you apply some Graphic Override to the Window?  Maybe through a View Filter?

Have you check the phase filter and see if it is set to show complete instead of show all?
