Getting this "processing error" while product license activation

Is this something to do with Windows 10.Never seen this error in Windows 7.

How to resolve this ?

Almost reads like a dunning notice.  Did you pay your bill last month?  😉

Anyways, it looks like the Error Message is providing you with a course of action.  Give them a call and tell them the check is in the mail.

This error may appear if you are trying to activate your educational license but you exceeded your seats. 

For example the educational license give you two seats(P.Cs) for Revit. when you install on a third device, you may see this message.
