Generative Design using Revit 2021.1 does not display thumbnails

Hi All,

I've installed the update Revit 2021.1 that is supposed to fix this problem AND I've restarted my computer.  I never see any thumbnail results for any generative design study  The studies I've done reach completion and there ARE results (since I CAN add elements to the model).  I just can't see the thumbnails to see what the results look like.

Also, you'll notice in the screencast, a couple of studies that I can't delete.  They were going on forever so I paused them. Now, the old studies can't be resumed or deleted.

I'm seeing a heck of lot more than missing elements in this Screencast . What's going on with your graphics? It looks like your graphics card is struggling.  Is this just the Screencast, or is this actually happening at your end?  This could be the cause of the issues you are having with Generative Design.

What's this Element ID #414482 that's missing from the previews.  Can you post a screenshot of it?

The video problem is not on my end.  I never viewed the full video after I created it, but now that I've viewed the posted version online,  clearly there are a lot of glitches that were not present on my end.  Everything worked smoothly here. I'm using a Quadro P4000 with 8GB onboard.

The item that I selected (randomly) was a concrete column.  I've tried furniture too (the standard desk that is loaded in the standard architectural template).

I continue to have this issue as well with all updates installed, with testing from several different project models and families of type. Any thoughts out there?
