Is it done in Navisworks or plain vanilla revit? How can I show objects in motion in revit walkthroughs?

No. Model is made in Revit. Animation and rendering is done in Unity

Last Friday was crazy - fixing and developing casework and furniture families for a project that's almost ready to go out!

Recently I was working on a 3d section of 3-bedroom apartment (part of university project)

(the hardest and most time consuming task was to find good looking furniture ! )

Finishing the structural plans of a pumping station.

Rebar detailing can be very frustrating sometimes but it is getting better with every new project and with every new Revit release.

Finished the concrete (formwork) plans for another project.

The terrain (civil 3D) was quite tricky on this one.

Rebar will follow but it is less complex than the pumping station.

I should manage to do this quite "fast".

I think it is time for you to start creating your own families. At some point it becomes faster to create your own than to look for something and then have to modify it to fit in your workflow.

Looks good, but I suggest getting Enscape 3d! 🙂

I have used Enscape 3d. Enscape definitely has several things going for it (e.g. ease of use, direct add-in). However for me there are also things missing (e.g camera paths) which made me switch over to unity. (Enscape still has its use for quick iterations,)

Basically Unity and Enscape are two completely different tools for different purposes.

Indeed, I'm a Unity nerd too.

They will have complex paths soon, so hopefully that will be fixed soon.

So it's Monday morning now. This is what I had accomplished before I left work Friday evening. Another Design/Build addition to a manufacturing plant. I'm just doing enough preliminary work to put together a budget RFQ package.
