Can you provide more information?  "Form Liner" is a pretty broad description.

Please see attachment. I'm trying to find out how to create a form liner Revit family in order to have this on outside face of some walls.
Thank you,

Why don't you build yourself directly in the project using thin wall with sweeps?  Or, with Curtain Walls/Mullions?

Ok. I can do that. So, you're saying to create a 3/4" thin wall with recess? Sorry I'm not an expert in Revit.

That's the way I'd approach. But, I'm curious why you need to model the forms at all?  They are not normally.   How are you using them is the project?

Erected Tilt-up Panels with forms attached? Love to see a picture of this.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding the construction.  Unfortunately, none of your attachments have come through so far.  The forum is having issues the last couple of days. Can you post a link address instead?

I don't see forms attached. I see tilt-up panels with impressions made by forms though.  I'm not understanding what you are tasked with doing. Are you a form provider?

No, I'm a tilt-up wall detailer.

Okay.  What are you asking about then? Forms are not modeled in my neck of the woods.  Walls and impression left by forms are to some extent modeled.  Obviously, some of the impressions shown at your link are difficult, if not impossible, to model.  Still, the walls themselves would obviously still be modeled in the project..
