Flyouts wont display

I have a  strange little display problem.. see video.   I updated the drivers in a routine Dell update, including the video card driver, nvidia Quadro M4000.   When I first open a session of revit, the flyouts at the bottom of the display (Workset and Design Options) work normally, for a minute - you pick them and the info scrolls upward to be picked.  then they suddenly start to disappear - scrolling down and off the display.  

I spent 2 hours talking to nvidia - they have no solution, they don't think it's them.    Indeed there are some video card settings that seem like they would help- but don't.  

Is there are revit fix?

Nothing in Revit that I know of.

Have you tried changing the screen resolution? Sometimes things need to be reset when they get buggy.

I switched the screen resolution back and forth in the windows display settings.   Back to normal function now.  Amazing, Thanks!
