Floor Plans and views according to linked project

Hi
I am working on revit 2015. I was working on project which has multiple buildings and different levels. I have linked them in container file.
Now i want to see floor plans and elevations of different buildings according to their levels so that it gets easier for presentation. but i am not able to do it.

Please tell me how to design template for it or there are templates for it already which i am not aware of ..

If you have multiple revit models linked into a main revit host model, then you should be able to see each floor plan within the host revit model as you normal do without linked models.  Make sure your linked models are located in the correct position in regards to heights based on levels.  If you do not have a floor plan/ceiling plan/structural plan that is associated to a level, you can go to the View Tab, Create Panel, Plan Views and choose which plan view you want to create and then associated it to a level that isn't already associated to another plan.

Yes I tried that it can be done that way but in main container file I have to create all levels according to linked models for that. Revit doesn't directly read levels from linked model. 

Since I am working on many buildings in this project the job is getting little tedious. I am posting example for one building so that you will get clear idea.

you can try the following:

Insert Tab, Import Panel, Insert from File command, Insert views from files...browse to revit linked model and choose the views you want to import into the host Revit model.

If not, 

Use copy/monitor to copy/monitor the levels from the linked revit models into the host revit model.  Once done, create plan views based on copied levels.

Sorry if I'm coming a little late to the thread here -- just saw it. 

We had a similar situation: 1 large site with 5 buildings on it, all with their own levels (which rarely aligned). For our Master Site Plan Approval we needed overall floor plans of the entire site.

Set up each of the floor plans (and elevations) the way you want them to show in the master model, then in the master model, go to Visibility Graphics -> Revit Links -> Select Model - > under Display Settings click on By Host View and in the window that comes up, select By Linked View -- this will allow you to select which view from the linked model you want to show in that particular view. No setting up of additional levels or anything else -- just using Visibility Graphics to get the job done.

This was exactly the correct way to fix my issue with not knowing which linked Floor Plan was displayed in Revit MEP.
