Floor plan "Shadow on" is greyed out, please help!

Hi,

Only one of my floor plans shadow on is grey, I checked all the settings seems fine.

Please help!

You have checked shadows in the view configuration (or view configuration of the viewtemplate)

type VG and deselect the shadow option, or disable in viewtemplalte as in the image below.

Look under "Identity Data" Group in the View Properties. Does "View Template" read something other than "None"?

If the Shadow is not ticked, how the shadow would show on the screen. I am just wondering.

It was "none", I set up everything exactly like other levels but only this one didn't have shadow. I reset again and then all fine now : )

I'm confused.  So "Shadows" was greyed out before and now it isn't? And it had nothing to do with a View Template?

So, what was it then?

I ran into the same problem, and what it was on my view was that in the display properties, it was set at a transparancy... when I changed the transparency back to zero, the box became available. It might have been a coincidence, but that is my two cents.
