First floor visibility issues - doors, windows not visible

I am using Revit 2023. The doors and windows that I'm adding on the 1st floor are not visible on the floor plan view but visible in the 3d view. This problem did not occur on the ground floor or the basement floor. I have done and checked almost everything but nothing is working and the problem persistsScreenshot 2024-08-18 183437.pngScreenshot 2024-08-18 183423.png

You don't have any windows on First Floor.

You don't have anything on 1st Floor Level.  If you want 1st Floor Level to show Windows that are on Level below it, you need to adjust your View Range.
