Filter revision schedule

Need help. 
Currently we are using similar to ISO system for drawings issue, where 'preliminary/co-ordination' issue using numbering sequence and 'legal/authorities' issue using Alphanumeric issue. All works fine until recently all 'legal' drawing issue need to submitted using a portal online system where they using a specific 'stamp issue' which makes the drawing to be easily recognized  during automated scanning upload.

So pretty much we need to create two schedules in one sheet. One revision schedule as normal where it shown all the revision. the other schedule only need to show the 'legal' issue sequence for QR scanning purpose.

Is there a simple way to filter the 'legal' revision purpose? we already are using and need all the schedule fields so can't use them to filter (reading the forum some using the 'issued by' to filter) and unfortunately we are not familiar with dynamo. We are using 2021 version not 2022 yet.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to do tbh, not familiar with this requirement, but perhaps you have a use for Insert Data Row in the sheet list (as in create placeholder revision sheets) ?

Keen to hear if you found a solution. I have a very similar problem and @ToanDN's solution does not work for me.
