Does anyone know how to make a filled region transparent

Right click on the filled region > Override Graphics in View > By Element. 

And set Surface Transparency

…. Right click on the corner of the filled region

… turn that blue

…. At the same time you will be opening a dialog

…. Choose override graphics in view

… and could be element, category or filter

….. I ‘m choosing by element

…. In the dialog you can choose between HALFTONE… or surface transparency

… I just tweak this up to 54

… and click OK

…. There you have your transparency
