Filled Region Boundary Disappears When The Move Command Starts

Recently we have run into an issue in Revit 2016 where filled region boundaries disappear when the move command is started and re-appear when the command is over. It doesn't interfere with the function of the move command but it is hard to see the edge when snapping to midpoints and corners. The filled region pattern itself is still displayed, just not the boundary lines. I should also note that the issue occurs for both transparent and opaque filled regions. It also happens in both filled regions created in a view and filled regions found in detail components. We have installed Sevice Pack 2 and are still experiencing the issue.

Any thoughts?

Try to switch off the semi transparent setting in the Option menu (under section Graphics)

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.

Thanks for the tip. That fixed the mystery of the missing boundaries.

I am having the same problem in Revit 2018,

Where would I find this setting now?

I don't really consider this "solved". The transparency setting is useful in other circumstances, say at being able to see what linework is behind a filled or masking region by clicking on it. Does anyone know if this bug has been corrected in a later version than 2018?
