these are the support options: http://www.autodesk.com/subscription/technical-support
which one was bought with the software?
have you tried contacting a reseller in your area for help?
if your on active subscription you can create cases directly with autodesk by logging on to your autodesk account: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/subscription-management/support-op...

Hi @Anonymous,

To add on to what @Anonymous said, you can also submit a case to request assistance. However, what seems to be happening when you try to install?

Wellcome to the community:)

Actually wall are the system families, they need not to be loaded. They are there in the template file.

For creating other types of wall you need to duplicate the one already there and modify as per your requirement, see here

However for doors there are families in Revit content library. If this is not installed kindly follow steps here

Autodesk support does not answer support requests. I reached out weeks ago and have received no response.
