How about a Wall around the Floor Perimeter?

I just noticed your caveat: "...fill in the gap around without [using] wall...".

Your question is basically about design/construction. I'd need a heck more questions answered before I would be able to proffer advice.

Why is there an opening there? Why is that portion of the floor raised? What is the composition and volume of that raised floor?  Etcetera, etcetera, etcetera.

Not sure why you don't want to use walls, which is the easiest option?  Anyhow, if you want more complicated options, then try slab edge or in place model.

Or just another floor type, thick enough to close the gap.
