Files created in an student license

Hi, I own an architecture firm and we recently hired an intern who built project files using a student license. He had received the license activation code by email, but he forgot to activate and is using the student license.

Since all the files, created by him, were created using an student license, is it possible to make them legally marketable by saving them with a paid license, or do I have to build them from the scratch?

You will need to recreate all from scratch using the commercial license...otherwise both your firm and your intern would be breaching the terms of use.
