Family visibility - chairs below table

Hi,

I am troubleshooting a family I downloaded from Herman Miller. The tabletop is clearly above the chair seats:

but here's what we have in plan:

I've already gone through the table family and made sure the tabletop geometry is visible at all LOD and all views. What else could it be?

Draw a vertical model line in the table family and make it taller than the back of the chair.  Set it to Invisible subcategory so you won't see it in the project.
