Family is not showing as 3D element in plan view

I have inserted several families in my plan view.  All of them are shown as 3D elements but one.  The sole family only reads as a 2D line element.  But in the 3D view it is shown as a 3D element.  How can I fix it so it reads as a 3D element in plan view.  See the dumpsters on the right in the attached view.

Check the Visibility Settings for Plan/RCP in the Family.

Check the Visibility Settings of the Modeled Components - including the Nested ones.  Visible in Plan/RCP is not checked.
