Revit does not allow me to connect 220V to the switchboard

I have already set the distribution to 127/220 and tried to set the distribution systems. I'm sending a screenshot of it so you can see if there is anything wrong (see the screenshot with the red rectangle on)Distribution Systems.pngError 1.pngError 2.png

I'd love if you guys could tell me about this one error that appears very very frequently (see the screenshot). It appears when I try to plug a conduit to any power plug. I'm making a BIM project and I know errors like these are pretty common, but this one is not normal. I spend much more time than I'd like to trying to fix erros like these

There is no problem when I connect 127V circuits, but it doesn't accept any 220V connections

Hello @Anonymous
It seems that your panel does not support 220, please select your panel and in the project browser / Eletrical - Circuitind / distribution system, and change it to 220, if it doesn't work try changing the QDC family.

The other point is, you can't connect because the conduits are of different types and sizes, if you really want to make that connection, you must configure it, select your conduit and go to edit the type, and insert a transition family

but first look if the parts of the transaction for the size you need exist.

Thank you, Mauricio, for the answers!!
The solution you gave for the second error worked, thank you.

But I still can't connect my 220v power plug to the panel. This configuration you showed me was already set, but it doesn't work.

I even tried to create a new panel and a new power plug out of the project just for testing and figure what is going wrong, and yet I can't connect them. It seems like the connection only works if I set the switchboard for 220/380V, but I need 127/220v (it is a house, not a factory!!!)

I recorded a video showing how I did it, maybe you can see something wrong https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RAiriZpAOFxiDzvbRg-E9KWLApDc86nd?usp=sharing

You are creating a 127V power supply for the panel (dosent needs this), and creating a 220V panel for the electrical device, and trying to connect them.

First, you need to put a name on your QDC panel.

Panel Name.PNG

There are two ways to do this to connect your electrical fixture,

1 - In this case, select both electrical and panel, at the same time, pass the power choose 220V, and number of posts you put 2 (because they are two posts with 127V)

or

2 - Select your electrical installation circuit, just choose the name of your panel.
