Family detail items line based

I have just created an insulation family with "detail items line based family2. I have created first an insulation parametric family for the items. Everything is working fine, but I would like that the parametric pop ups dialong will be loaded when I place the detail intems line based. Now I need to go to the original "items family", click on it to edit.

Did you associate/link the parameters from the nested detail component to the line based? YOu need to do so if you want to control the parameters directly from the line based family in the model

Alternatively, did you consider using Repeated component in Lieu of Line based detail item and arrays?
