Families stop working in Revit 2023

All families in any project file that I open stop working. When I edit its parameters (instance or type) it says a lot of family error occurred and ask to cancel or delete. Also, when I import others families, it says a series of errors and don't allow me to import. I have reinstalled Revit 2023, the problem continues. What can I do?

Family errors when I edit parameters types of ANY family. It asks to delete type.

It says Revit is incapable to follow the properties values and ask to go back to default values. I say yes and cannot edit.

It asks to delete type when I try to edit.
