Perforated vs non perforated ceiling grid pattern

Guys, I normally do a keynote to differentiate these two type of ceilings in a rcp.

For insanity, is there a way to create the perforated one with extra gypsum hatch pattern without losing the grid,

 

as shown ? Thx.

If you are using revit 2019 or newer the you can have two surface patterns per material.  For older versions, create parts, override parts material or surface pattern, and set the view to show both original and parts.

Are we talking ACT Ceiling using two different Tiles?  What about a BIM solution?  That is, modeling the Acoustic Ceilings with a Curtain Wall System having two different Panels (e.g. Tiles).  It would aid in planning and documentation.
