Fail windows family export to IFC

Hi Everybody!
I'm quite new to Revit and I'm experiencing an issue trying to export to IFC a model I created with Revit.
The problem regards the windows families that I created but are not exported into the IFC. All the othe types of voids (in the walls or the doors ones) are correctly exported.
Does anyone knows what is happening?

(the left side of the image is what I get, while on the right is how it should be)

Thank you for your help

I think this may have to do with Phasing. Are you Phasing construction?

...are you Opening the IFC with Revit Template. Is the Phase Filter of the View set to "Show Complete"?

Revit OOTB IFC is a hit and miss. Did you try to set the model detail to high? Normally I would use Revit to ArchiCAD IFC. It has better translate objects than Revit OOTB. https://graphisoft.com/downloads/interoperability

Thank you both for the tips!
@barthbradleyI have already tried extracting either one phase at time or with show complete on, and  was still not working.
@syman2000I sat the quality to the highest and still not extracting. I would give it a try if i couldn't solve the pproblem, but I've never used Archicad before, so it would mean learning another software and perhaps i don't have the time 😕

I think the problem is that the wall is a local model "wall" and i've read that they have issues with voids sometimes. What is weird is that the void of the doors are fine with this and also the voids in the wall are still there after exporting. All the windows and the doors where families created by me, so i really don't know 😄

Thank you anyway
