When we insert a view on a sheet, there is an exterior rectangle that is very large and takes a lot of space on the screen where the sheet is, and that if you click that rectangle, it get thicker but cannot be adjusted just by cliking it (like it is locked). I notice that to adjust it, I have to activate the view and take perform additional steps to work with the crops on the original source view.
Question: Is there a less laborious way that that rectangle on the sheet can be adjusted on the sheet right away without having to activate and work within the view?
Thanks in advance.
If you double click on the view on the sheet, you are activating the view from within the sheet and you can reach the crop settings
Then you can deactivate the view to go Back to the sheet level.

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
Disable crop region visible
Sounds like your view is bigger than your sheet. Crop the View, or change the View Scale or use a bigger Sheet.
