Exporting Revit to DWG, 3 KB Only

The DWG file exported in Revit 2019 is only 3 KB in size regardless of the explixity of the model, either a box or an office tower, and it is not a valid DWG file.  I have no such issue with previous versions and my colleagues had no trouble exporting in their pcs.

I have tried repairing the program and reinstalling the program.

Revit version:

19.2.10.7

20190225_1515(x64)
2019.2.1

Thanks for your reply.

Normally I just use the default setting, except using ACIS for solids, same as how I do with previous versions.  It should export to a valid DWG file regardless of the settings.

Let me try. Post the File.

Nevermind. You say it happens with the simplest geometry?  Yeah, that would be a local issue/setting.

Yes, it is a local setting in my PC: "Region Settings"  I checked "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support".  Once I check it off, Revit exports properly.

Thanks!

I had the same problem. So i reinstalling RV but not changed. Almost file and mode and sheet export to dwg not open with autocad apply. And file only 3KB. So I worry? I found info this subject on other forums but not find best reply. I think Autodesk can not support?
