Export XML for Caala

Hi !

Has someone experience with CAALA Software? (https://caala.de)

Caala doesn't detect outdoor balconies and a ramp for the cars. Can someone help, how should I set the model right for the export.

Hey,

I don´t have any experience with CALAA, but maybe the problem is related with the Category name. I would do the following:

1. Check if CALAA has setting when you can select with category will be exported.

2. If your outdoor balconies and a ramp are Loadable families, change the category. Look for one that is being exported. (If that works, the problem should be the category). 

3. Is exporting related with the Active View? If the answer is yes, make sure you are in the correct view, before export.

Do you have the same problem with other Revit version?
