Windows not visible after placing them on floorplan view

The windows after being placed disappear while they are still visible in 3d view , they don't appear on floor plan view, the blue(edit box for objects) box appears when I hover over the windows edge but they don't appear like the doors do, nor I can find their orientation. Please help,

Check the view range of your floor plan view. It looks like the sill height of the window is above the cut plane of the view.
