Export to IFC Area Missing

Room/space area are not getting exported in IFC Reference view set

I am no expert on IFC at all but maybe try this option: 

[arunsan.9846m]

it's till the same

1. check or IFC mapping is correct:
1.1 file > export > options > IFC options:

2. check this option: (Use 2D room boundairys...)

Result: (the green is the room volume in 3D)

PS: i also had the other settings from my first anwser active, only export elements from 3D view and export rooms in 3D

I think its because of Revit 2023. when I export in Revit 2020 the area is getting exported

Which IFC standard did you use to export?

see the different between Revit 2020 and 2023 Ifc output
