Export to dwg where walls are walls in AutoCAD

Hi fellas!

When we export from Revit to DWG the walls are converted to simple lines.
Our customer demands that all objects are the correct AutoCAD objects (object oriented).

Revit wall -> export -> AutoCAD wall.
And so on.

Is this somehow possible to achieve? Never had this claim before.

AutoCAD does not have walls.  Do they mean AutoCAD Architecture?  If so, export to IFC and ask them to open the IFC in AutoCAD Architecture.

My bad, Autocad Architecture!

Alright, never imported an ifc to Autocad. Is it converted or will the whole model behave as an object?

As I understand it they want Autocad arch. walls with the possibility to modify them and draw new ones when the building changes and so on.

AutoCAD Architecture can open or import IFC and recognizes supported categories (walls, floors. roofs, ceilings, doors, windows, etc...) correctly. Then they just save it as DWG. They cannot use vanilla AutoCAD for this.
