Export to DGN with a new Prefix?

Anyone know a way to export to DGN with the short name from Revit and a new prefix?  Renaming files afterward can kill sometime and I was hoping I could prevent that and have the export do it for me.

Thank you

Just get a free file manager/renaming tool.  You can rename thousand of files using rules you define in seconds.

Below is an example I use:

I know I can rename them.  But you lose all the references when renamed.  I am trying to avoid losing those.  Thought having it rename as it exported would keep the references and rename all in one.  Looks like I have to open Mircostation and repath all the files.

Can you export the drawings WITHOUT ticking "Export views on sheets and links as DGN references" box?

Correct you can. I have a client that requires DGN and references. So not clicking the box almost binds them to the DGN and they refuse those files.

Thanks for the help.

I renamed the files after export and repathed the references in MircoStation.
