Export sheet with sheet name and revision

Is there any way to export sheet with correct sheet name and revision directly from revit for .pdf and .dwg.

The best app that I've seen for this is Xrev transmit, which adds the revision number to the name when exporting.  It will export all selected sheets to PDF and DWG, as well as other formats.  It has saved us many hours of tedious work.
