Export IFC From Revit - Create New Category

Hi, 

I am struggling with this issue from hours. Does anyone know how to add a new column/category close to File and Project in IFC in this field shown below.

I am able to handle this in others places in the structure organization tree (Budynek tech --> Testtt), but I have no idea what I should do to add a new column in main Project TEST. 

I am trying to do this using my text files in "Export user defined property sets".

Any advise will be very helpful.

I am guessing that I am using the wrong IFC category but I tried a lot of them and nothing works.
