Export Building From Revit File to New Revit File

I have a Revit file that holds multiple buildings for a development. I need to export one of the buildings so that I can create a modified version of it. Currently, the main Revit file is a little slow to work with.

Using Revit 2020.

Create a model group and save it as a new Revit project. Or save as and clean up.

Right click a group in the browser.
