eTransmit not installed for 2019/2020

I am trying to figure out why my 2019/2020 doesn't have eTransmit installed, since it is an included add-in.

I have reinstalled both products and they are still not showing on the add-ins tab.

Any thoughts on what I can do?

That's weird. Have you checked to see if it's available as an add-on through your Autodesk Account page?  

Do you see it here:  C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2020 ?

Got it sorted. Apparently 'Reinstalling' through the Windows Add/Remove Programs does not actually reinstall the add-ins.

Instead, I had to do a full Uninstall through the Windows Add/Remove Programs, then an Install from the Autodesk Desktop App.

Exactly. All the Add-ins can be installed or reinstalled or repaired through Windows.

It looks as though I may have uninstalled eTransmit in the past.

So to clarify, since eTransmit was not in the Add/Remove Programs List, I had to do a full Revit uninstall then install just to get this one add-in back. eTransmit is not available as a stand-alone add-in through the Desktop App, Apps Exchange, or the Account Management portal.

This was a PITA for the restoration of such a small feature, when I would have thought doing a Revit Reinstall from Add/Remove Programs would have solved it.

Yes, I get that.  It's not an add-in in the conventional sense.  However, I believe you download it "a la carte" via Autodesk Virtual Assistance (AVA) and through a browser-type download process.  But, I guess that's all for not since you got it up and running okay. Right?
