Error Render Cloud

Since January, I have been trying to use the rendered cloud and I have not succeeded, always with the same error! The Brazilian forums cannot solve it, I came to the American forum!
OBS: INTERNET: 15 MEGA.
ANTIVIRUS ON AND OFF.
I TESTED MORE COMPUTERS.
THE ERROR PERSISTS WITH THE SAME LOGIN OF THE 360 AND THIRD-PARTY ALSO
ALREADY DISINSTALLED THE REVIT AND REINSTALLED, SO AS I DISCRIMINATED THE AUTODESK DIRECTORY, IT ALREADY FAILED TO FORMAT THE COMPUTER, BUT THE ERROR STILL PERSISTS! SOMEONE HAS A SOLUTION.

Hi @Diogo_Nery

Please remove the () brackets from your file name and re-name it.

Isolate conflicting add-ins by disabling them (see How to disable add-ins for Revit).

Please install your Revit with the latest updates.

Let me know if you have any questions and if this helps with your issue.

See article: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles...

Hello Viveka, neither option influences anything, I've done renders without taking the brackets! however, it was decided to install the latest Revit! Thanks
